School iPad to deployment - new S1
Dear S1 families,
As you will know from primary school, all young people in high school are entitled to an iPad as part of Glasgow City Counci's digital strategy for learning. We are now beginning to undertake the roll out of iPads to our new S1 students. This will be done over a phased period of time. We will keep families updated with regards to the timing of this. To support the deployment, we require every family to complete an iPad user agreement form - this should be completed by both the parent/carer and the S1 student. We are unable to issue student iPads until we have a form returned complete. Please use the link below to access this form. This will also be posted onto our school website.
To commence the roll out, we will be issuing some iPads over the coming week to young people in S1 with additional support needs. Following this, we will look at beginning phase 2 of the roll out but we cannot confirm the date of this yet - but we will keep you informed of this.
