S1 HPV Vaccinations
All students in S1 attended a short assembly with the NHS School Nurse Team on Monday 18th November to receive information about the upcoming HPV Vaccinations due to take place in January 2020 for the students. All students will be issued with a consent form when they arrive into the school which are provided by the health team. Completed consent forms should be returned to the school asap.
In the meantime, we have been asked to inform parents that if they require any further information or advice, this can be found on the NHS Inform Website. Below is also a link to the video clip which was shown at the year group assembly.
