HPV Vaccinations - January 2018
On Tuesday 9th January 2018, the school nurse and wider health time will visit the school to undertake HPV vaccinations for female students in S1 and S2.
Girls in S1 have already attended an assembly held by NHS to provide them with some important information about the immunisation programme and have been issued with letters which should be returned to the school office as soon as possible.
Girls in S2 who received their first dose last year in S1 will also be vaccinated with their second dose of the vaccine - no paperwork is required for this as this was completed last year.
If you have any questions about any of the above, please either by clicking on the link below or calling the school office in the first instance. It would be very helpful if girls could wear a t-shirt or short sleeved top underneath any hoodies / jumpers on the day of the immunisations.
