New S1 Transition Day - Glasgow Life - 10th August
On Thursday 10th August, Glasgow Life will run a transition afternoon for our new S1 students who are due to join us in the new session in August 2017. The purpose of this event is to allow the students to visit the school prior to them starting with us in August and make some friends by participating in team-building and sports based activities. All students who are wishing to attend should report to the main office at Hyndland Secondary School at 12.55pm on Thursday 10th August and wear suitable clothing (i.e. a PE kit with trainers). Mrs Forrester (Depute Head Teacher for S1) will also be in attendance to welcome the students to Hyndland. Parents/carers will receive a leaflet through the post in the first few weeks of the summer holidays with details of this event.
