S1 students not attending Residential - Outdoor Learning Day
Today all students in S1 who are not attending the Residential Experience to Barcaple next week were issued with both a letter and a consent form. On the Wednesday of next week (13th September) we will be taking the group to Mugdock Country Park to work with both staff in the school and also staff from Outlook Adventures for a day of outdoor learning. The learning will focus on group work and problem solving based activities. Students should bring a packed lunch (those entitled to free school meals will be provided with a packed lunch) and wear suitable outdoor clothing. Please return the consent form as soon as possible to either Mrs Forrester Depute Head for S1 or Ms Lake in the Social Subjects Department. Fingers crossed for good weather and we look forward to a great day of outdoor learning next Wednesday.
