Pupils in S2 are asked to complete their options on a paper version of this form. The form should be completed after reading the information carefully, and returned by 26th February 2010.

Every effort will be made to enable pupils to follow the subjects they have chosen, but there are limits imposed by maximum class sizes, the availability of staff and by sufficient pupils enrolling in any subject to make that subject viable.
On occasions, pupils may be required to revise their original choice.
