Ian McClymont is our MCR Pathways Coordinator based at Hyndland. Ian is based in the school on a Tuesday and Wednesday and can be found in the MCR Pathways Office in the school library.
Our MCR Pathways programme supports young people at Hyndland, helping them realise their potential through the Young Glasgow Talent initative. Adult mentors visit the school to meet with an assigned young person. They are people from all walks of life who come in to provide additional support just by listening and chatting to the young people. This can make a huge difference to the young person's confidence and self-esteem as well as supporting educational outcomes, career aspirations/ambitions and life chances.
