Supporting well-being - Getting a good night's sleep

In response to some discussions between families and Pastoral Care Staff, we have prepared some materials which may be helpful to families during this school closure period. 

The first presentation focuses on the importance of sleep and contains some really useful facts and guidance prepared by Sleep Scotland to help support young people in maintaining a good sleep pattern - which we realise can be particuarly challenging when the routine of getting up for school each day is not there.
