S1-S3 Golf
This term, all pupils in S1-S3 are being offered the opportunity to participate in afterschool golf lessons with a Titleist Performance Institute Certified Golf Professional. Lessons will take place at Dougalston Golf Course and are suitable for all pupils whether they have never played the game before or are looking to fine tune their game ahead of the summer holiday.
As well as being a fun, relaxing and social sport that can be played throughout life, golf has physical and mental health benefits for people of all ages, genders and backgrounds, a study in the British Journal of Sports Medicine shows.
