S4/5 Parents Information Evening - Thursday 11th May 2017
On Thursday 11th May 2017 starting at 6.00pm in the Airlie Theatre an information event will be held aimed at S4/5 parents/carers and students. The purpose of the evening is to provide information and support for parents as they work with their young people to undertake the senior options process. At the evening both Mr Mochan (S4/5 year head) and Mrs Edgerton (S6 year head) will provide an overview of the process as well as a timeline of the options process. Pastoral Care will be represented and will provide some information on the role played by Pastoral Care in supporting our seniors. Kate McMahon our Schools Careers Advisor from Skills Development Scotland will also attend and provide information with regards to her role in supporting our young people in the senior phase as they prepare to move into a positive destination. Presentations from the evening will be uploaded after Thursday evening.
